A complete yoga experience for students of all levels. Function, fitness and fun are the focus as you explore balanced experiences of mindful movement with simple, powerful techniques of breath work and meditation. Practicing aware movement and classical yoga postures is designed to help develop physical tone and flexibility, all the while restoring full body function to bring greater ease and comfort in your body. The higher practices of deep relaxation, breathwork and meditation are integrated into the experience to facilitate stress release and deepen inner peace and well-being on and off the yoga mat.


Fees: $112.00 for the 8-week series
$17.00 per class drop-in
$185.00 for 2 or more classes per week for the 8-week series
