Join Mad About CrossFit on Saturday December 29 from 9:30-10:30am at for our OPEN HOUSE!

On this date, we are opening our gym to anyone and everyone who has the curiosity and the courage to see what CrossFit is all about.

This hour long class will be used to introduce you to a fun, friendly and sustainable method of getting fit and staying fit.
