Falls Prevention/Balance Screening Presentation

The Hearth at Tuxis Pond, 100 Bradley Road, Madison, will host a Falls Prevention/Balance Screening on Tuesday, February 5th at 1pm.  Risk factors for falls as well as tips and tricks to prevent falls in the home will be discussed.
