Connecticut to Arms: 1863 Come enjoy a weekend
of living history on the grounds of beautiful Bauer Park. A civil war
reenactment, put on by the CT Civil War Commemoration Commission, is
scheduled for the weekend of September 28-29, 2013 9am-5pm.
Civil War Encampment, featuring a medical field hospital, battle
re-enactments, amazing medical exhibits, CT National Guard and
21st-Century battlefield medicine, musket and cannon firing
demonstrations, and a variety of historical talks
