Beach & Rec Commission Evening meeting

Do you have questions or concerns about our town Beaches? Our newest park? Recreation Programs? Strong Field?
Madison residents who can't make the monthly first Friday 7:30am meetings can come to our annual evening meeting this Wednesday at 7:30 pm at town campus.

We will be discussing a "proposed"   agreement that the Economic Development commission is suggesting.  Essentially, an outside "for-profit" company -- Luxury Events  Group, LLC would begin marketing (on their website) and renting out --our town owned venues.  Most specifically the Surf Club building for weddings, corporate functions, private parties, etc. We will also be discussing the new Strong Center Use guidelines.  If you normally cannot make the monthly 1st Friday 7:30 am meetings - Please come to the annual evening meeting.
