Basic Drawing:  A Shift in Perception with artist and author Sanna Stanley at the Scranton Memorial Library

Drawing is all about how you see. If you write your name with a line, you've mastered the pencil-on-paper part of drawing. The hard part is to believe your eyes and do what they tell you. In case you think that's not as simple as it sounds, or if you don't have a clue what that means, these four 90 minute sessions will shift your perception. You will be introduced to the 5 basic skill sets involved in all rudimentary drawing. Join us for some helpful hints and tried and true techniques to help you draw what you see.
Free and open to all.  Space is limited.  Materials will be provided
