What's In Store...

What's In Store...at Lily Juliet. Take time to visit Madison's newest retail neighbor on Wall Street.

One of my favorite things to do when I travel is to shop. Whether it's clothing, a beauty product or a special treasure for my home, I always cherish a found object discovered while on vacation. That's exactly how I felt when I recently visited "Lily Juliet" on Wall Street in Madison except I only had to drive 7 miles from home!  As soon as you enter the store, the sun pouring through the front window highlights all of the brightly colored goods inside. Here are a few finds that I've added to my must have list: tortoise shell serving pieces,  elegant amber colored bowls with shell inlays, striking cobalt pottery, my perfect summer shoe: espadrilles, Butter nail color (in hip, hard to resist shades), and gorgeously crafted jewelry housed in a charming, vintage candy case. (Speaking of charm, I love the original post office box cabinet complete with a letter slot and double doored package window!) Oh, and since two is better than one..."Lily Juliet too" is a fantastic space for trunk shows just steps behind the main store.  Can't wait to return so I can check a few items off of my shopping list!
