Members of the town's Planning and Zoning Commission met at Bar Bouchée on Tuesday evening, just in time for dinner.
But dinner was not on the menu for them. Instead, they met with Bar Bouchée General Manager Claude Martin to discuss the bistro's plan to put up a railing around the outside patio and create seating for about 16 more people.
Members of the commission will meet again Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at town campus to discuss the request for a site plan modification for patio seating.
Martin said there currently are about 20 seats inside and that the goal is to have the patio seating available "as quickly as possible" to take advantage of the good weather. Martin said the full menu will be available to those seated outside, along with special summer dishes that are currently under development.
