It’s Elton John Week! Yes!!! But first, can we pause for a moment to talk about the single greatest episode in Idol Ouster History that occurred last week, when first we were presented with a shocking bottom 3, and then an even more shocking bottom 2, and then a shocking ouster! And then a Judges’ Save. In the third week of the competition! Unheard of! Plus Hulk Hogan! Jiminy crickets, I about had a coronary on the sofa. Cheetos literally came out my nose. And Casey literally almost died on stage and dropped about six naughty word bombs. And now it’s Elton John week! And two go home! Season 10, consider yourself redeemed.

We laughed last week when we realized Matt had been given a change of clothes. I think Probst might’ve complained that it was getting pretty rank in the gladiator arena. Of course he will conquer little Snippet Number 2.

Top Chef, 10 p.m., Bravo
