Thanks to Ellen, Tammy, Brian, Frank, Mark, George, Ana, Sophia, and Sarah who already shared theirs!

Well, it was once again another fabulous parade in Madison. The veterans, our high school kids, Paco the police dog, the zombies from the Madison Arts Barn. Madison truly has it all.

Thanks to the Madison Exchange Club and Mike Catalano, Parade Chairman, for their work on the parade. And they do more than put on parades. Here's some information about the group:

The is an all volunteer civic club of dedicated men and women working together to make our Connecticut shoreline a better place to live and to prevent child abuse.  We organize and fully fund the Madison Independence Day Parade,  the Easter Egg Hunt at the Surf Club, numerous youth awards such as Youth of the Month/Year & A.C.E., the Freedom Shrines, Child Abuse Prevention Centers and many other community services.

Got this message on Twitter from Karen:  @MadisonCTPatch "Lets not forget to Thank the Police Officers who also have to go to work on this holiday so everyone is safe at the parade."
