Potential For Significant Storm Tuesday Night Into Thursday
Storm could bring strong winds and coastal flooding, but there is still uncertainty as to specifics at this time; Forecast still looking good for Thanksgiving day, but that could change.
The National Weather Service says there is potential for a "significant storm" sometime between Tuesday night into Thursday.
"There is a potential for a signficant storm with heavy precipitation, strong winds, and even coastal flooding Tuesday night into Thursday," the National Weather Service says. "There is still some uncertainty with the specifics of the system at this time to monitor subsequent NWS forecasts for the latest." Sunday night: A chance of rain or drizzle, mainly after 3am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 44. North wind between 9 and 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
Monday: A slight chance of rain or drizzle before noon. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 49. North wind around 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Monday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 36. East wind between 6 and 8 mph.
