Moderate Snowfall Expected Today

The National Weather Service is predicting 2 to 4 inches of snow for Madison Saturday.

The National Weather Service is predicting 2 to 4 inches of snow Saturday from two separate storm systems and has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for coastal New England.

The snow is forecast to start falling around 10 a.m., and 1 to 2 inches are expected. A later burst of snow before midnight is expected to yield another 1 to 2 inches before tapering off before sunrise on Sunday.

Higher snowfall totals — up to 8 inches — are predicted for eastern New England.

Apparently no one from the National Weather Service lives in North Madison where we measured 11" of snow and more in some areas. Not my quote but wish I could get a job where I mess up a good percentage of the time and still get paid. Oh well, it could be worse.
