Learn All About Make-Ahead Hors d'oeuvres For The Holidays!

And meet Madison Wine Shop's new owner, John Algieri; Class at the Madison Cheese Shop Thursday, Dec. 1.

 

Join the Madison Cheese Shop for an evening learning to prepare appetizers ahead of time for your holiday party.

The hands-on class will include the opportunity to sample the appetizers while tasting appropriately paired wines presented by one of the Madison Wine Shop's new owners, John Algieri.

The Menu will include:

  • Shrimp and chive spring rolls
  • Phyllo cups w/ brie and preserves
  • Asparagus wrapped in prosciutto
  • Roast beef crostini w/Bucherondin goat cheese and olive-red pepper relish
  • Petite toasts w/Bucherondin goat cheese & walnut/fig jam
  • Baked Crostinis w/fresh mozzarella, fresh pesto & roasted tomato
  • Truffle mousse pate w/berry preserves
  • Endive rolls stuffed w/ Stilton, pears & candies pecans

Date: Thursday, December 1  Time: 6:30-8:30, from 8:30-9:00 shopping and schmoozing to follow with a 10% discount on all purchases.

Note: If you missed our Beaujolais night with five French Cheeses or if you'll be unable to make this class, don't despair. Just put together a group of 6-10 friends and call us. We'll schedule a private class. These classes are a wonderful venue for book clubs, girl's (or guy's) night out, or many occasions  when friends gather.
