Madison Residents To Host Fundraiser For Hygeia Foundation, Inc.

Claudia Esposito, Jodie Jerzyk And Ginny McParland Work With Other Volunteers, Helping Families Who Have Endured The Tragedy Of Miscarriage, Stillbirth And Neonatal/Infant loss

Madison residents Claudia Esposito, Jodie Jerzyk and Ginny McParland, along with other volunteer members of the Hygeia Foundation, Inc. is hosting a fundraiser at the SportsCenter of Connecticut in Shelton on Saturday, May 14th from 5:30pm to 8pm.  Tickets are $25 each when purchased in advance ($30 at the door) and include unlimited use of the SportsCenter’s driving range, mini golf, Fun Bowl, batting cages and lazer tag and performances by local entertainer and magician Danny Magic.  Food and drinks will also be available.

 Esposio, Jerzyk and McParland serve on the Hygeia Parent Advisory Board for this nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support to families who have endured the tragedy of miscarriage, stillbirth and neonatal / infant loss. The Hygeia Foundation currently holds monthly supports groups in Woodbridge, Guilford & Westport. “The Hygeia Foundation is operated solely by volunteers and the generous donations of others,” said Esposito. “All of the proceeds from this event will go to helping keep our Hygeia office in Woodbridge open and to our burial fund which helps families in need pay for the burial of their baby.”
