Madison Art Society Reception Canceled, Will Not Be Rescheduled
Scranton Memorial Library closes Tuesday night at 5:30 p.m., as town struggles to get back to normal after historic Blizzard of 2013.
Phylllis Wigham, a librarian at Scranton Library in Madison said Tuesday afternoon, "We need to tell the world the Library is closing tonight at 5:30 and the Madison Art Society Reception scheduled this evening is cancelled and will not be rescheduled. ... This is due to difficult navigation across the street and into the Library plus we want to keep our members happy and healthy."
