Looking For Love? Adopt a Shelter Pet this Weekend

PETCO in Clinton is sponsoring a "Dog Days" adoption event this Saturday and Sunday. There will be 80 adult dogs and puppies looking for their forever homes.

 

Everyone loves chocolate - Labrador Retrievers, that is!

Labs, spaniels, terriers, poodles, mixes and purebreds, puppies and adults, will be available for adoption this weekend in nearby Clinton.

If you are looking for a constant companion who asks only for love, food and water, and a warm bed in return, come to the Dog Days adoption event this Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 1 and 2, from 11am to 4pm at the Clinton PETCO.

There will be 80 dogs available for adoption.

This event, and other similar events in the past, is organized by Dog Days, an all-volunteer, 501(c)3 organization. Their role is to plan community-sponsored adoption events by providing an opportunity for local shelters, pounds and rescues to bring their dogs for the community to see and adopt.
