Feisty, Fun Puppy Looking For A Forever Home
This little guy has a lot of spunk and would do well in a home with gentle, good-natured owners who are willing to be firm and give him lots of direction while he grows up. They will be rewarded with a lot of love and dedication.

Dante is a 10-month-old hound/pit bull terrier mix. He was found as a stray in New Haven. He's a fun guy, but he can jump some, so we want him to go to a home where the kids are over 10. He loves to play and is very friendly.
This dog is currently at the Robin I Kroogman Animal Shelter (New Haven Animal Shelter) located at 81 Fournier St in New Haven, CT. If you are interested in adopting, please visit the shelter. The shelter is open Monday through Saturday from 12:30 to 4:30 PM except for holidays. All dogs and cats are vaccinated and altered prior to going to it's new home. (In-State Fee $80 - cash only and Out-of State Fee (no voucher) $35 - cash only. Proof of homeownership is required(mortgage statement or tax bill) Landlord approval required for renters. We require that your dog meet our dog so bring him/her/them along.
