CL&P Says Power Restoration Should Be Complete In Madison By Midnight Wednesday

Same for Guilford; Durham, which is 100 percent out, is not even on the list; Restoration estimates for towns posted on CL&P website.

The Connecticut Light & Power Company says all power should be restored to customer in Madison by 11:59 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2, about five days after Winter Storm Alfred hit the state. The company characterized that information as an "estimate."

The company estimates that Guilford, too, will be completely restored by then.

Durham, to the north of Madison, which is 100 percent dark, does not appear on the list yet.

"Assessments are still underway in some of the hardest hit areas of the state and we expect to have restoration estimates available for all towns by Wednesday, November 2," the company said.

As of Tuesday morning, or about 3 percent of the town. About 24 percent of the town was without power .
