Chips And Salsa

From Friends of the New Haven Animal Shelter:

Chips is a 10 year old Lhasa Apso/Brussels Griffon Mix. He was found as a stray. He did need some medical attention for kidney stones, but his treatment has already taken place. He does need a special diet so his kidney stones do not come back. He's very sweet and will dance for you.

Salsa is a 5 year old Shih Tzu. She was found as a stray and was not in good shape, grooming-wise. As you can see from her video, her face has been cleaned up so you can see her eyes. She does need regular grooming in order to keep her coat manageable. She enjoys walks and relaxing. She does have a fear of people approaching her quickly, so she should go to a home where the kids are over 10.

This dog is currently at the Robin I Kroogman Animal Shelter (New Haven Animal Shelter) located at 81 Fournier St in New Haven, CT. If you are interested in adopting, please visit the shelter. The shelter is open Monday through Saturday from 12:30 to 4:30 PM except for holidays. All dogs and cats are vaccinated and altered prior to going to it's new home. (In-State Fee $80 - cash only and Out-of State Fee (no voucher) $35 - cash only. Proof of homeownership is required(mortgage statement or tax bill) Landlord approval required for renters. We require that your dog meet our dog so bring him/her/them along.
