Changes To CTTransit S-Route Between Madison/New Haven Announced
Starting times and intermediate time points adjusted as of Jan. 6, 2013.

Modifications to CTTRANSIT S-route

Effective January 6, 2013, extensive changes will be made to the weekday CTTRANSIT S-route bus schedule. The 6:00AM, 7:00AM, and 8:00AM S1 trips to Madison will now depart from downtown New Haven 10 minutes earlier at 5:50AM, 6:50AM, and 7:50AM respectively. Intermediate timepoints will be adjusted.
Trips departing from downtown New Haven between 9:00AM and 2:00PM will have a few intermediate timepoint adjustments.

The 3:00PM S1 trip will now leave downtown New Haven 15 minutes earlier at 2:45PM.
A new S1 trip leaving downtown New Haven at 3:45PM and arriving in Madison at 4:52PM will be added.
The 4:10PM S1 trip will now leave downtown New Haven at 4:15PM and arrive in Madison at 5:22PM. The 4:45PM S3 trip to Branford from downtown New Haven will be extended to Madison and arrive there at 5:52PM. This trip will now display the S1-Madison destination sign.
The 5:00PM S1 trip will now leave downtown New Haven at 5:15PM and arrive in Madison at 6:22PM. The 6:00PM S1 trip will now leave downtown New Haven 5 minutes earlier at 5:55PM and arrive in Madison at 6:52PM.
Two new S trips leaving Madison at 6:40AM and 7:40AM will be added. They will arrive in downtown New Haven at 7:45AM and 8:45AM and at College and George Streets at 7:49AM and 8:49AM.
The 7:00AM and 8:00AM S trips leaving Madison will now depart at 7:10AM and 8:10AM. They will arrive in downtown New Haven at 8:15AM and 9:15AM and at College and George Streets at 8:19AM and 9:19AM.
Trips departing from Madison between 9:00AM and 4:00PM, and 6:00PM and 7:00PM will have timepoint
adjustments.
The 5:05PM trip leaving Madison will now leave at 5:00PM and arrive in downtown New Haven at 6:00PM. The 5:11PM trip leaving Branford Green for downtown New Haven will be discontinued.
