Austin: Sweet, Affectionate, Loves To Go For Walks

Austin is a 5 year old Great Dane/Terrier Mix. He's an extremely sweet guy who enjoys the company of people. He will sit close to you and wait to get petted. He will probably end up weighing 70-80 pounds once he puts weight back on. He loves going for walks and walks fairly well on a leash. He will bring a lot of love into his new home.

This dog is currently at the Robin I Kroogman Animal Shelter (New Haven Animal Shelter) located at 81 Fournier St in New Haven, CT. If you are interested in adopting, please visit the shelter. The shelter is open Monday through Saturday from 12:30 to 4:30 PM except for holidays. All dogs and cats are vaccinated and altered prior to going to it's new home. (In-State Fee $80 - cash only and Out-of State Fee (no voucher) $35 - cash only. Proof of homeownership is required(mortgage statement or tax bill) Landlord approval required for renters. We require that your dog meet our dog so bring him/her/them along.
