Hand's Nick Leone Will Play in the Eastbay Youth All-American Bowl Saturday Night

Football season is not quite over for Daniel Hand Freshman, Nick Leone.  He has one more game to play tonight at the Alamo Dome in San Antonio, Texas.  Nick was nominated and selected as one of top 50 players in the country from the Class of 2017.  Nick was selected to play at Fullback.

The 2014 Youth All-American Bowl, sponsored by athletic equipment supplier Eastbay, gives future stars a chance to showcase their skills and talents against some of the best young football players in the country.

Several thousand youth all-stars are nominated each year for this elite honor. Athletes have to fill out a nomination form and submit a highlight tape on Eastbay.com. The selection committee, which consists of Football University's regional directors and scouts, work year-round with hundreds of local youth football coaches and commissioners who help identify and select the top athletes.

There will be three Youth All-American games played this weekend. One for 7th, 8th and 9th grade.  All of the youth players will also be invited to watch the US Army All-American Bowl in the Alamo Dome on Saturday afternoon, January 4, 2014, at 1:00pm ET.  That game featuring the nation's top high school Seniors will be broadcast on NBC.

You can watch Nick's 9th grade game live streaming on the internet at this link: http://www.eastbay.com/eastbayyouthallamericanbowl/  or on ESPN3
