If you live in or near Madison, you have a few choices for corned beef and cabbage.
will be serving it this Saturday. They will be offering several other Irish specials as well, including Sheperd's Pie, pan-seared haddock, and some kind of Irish stew. They also generally have some sort of salmon on their regular menu, such as Grilled Old Bay Seasoned Salmon, which is served on a crab cake with a fresh cucumber crab cheviche and finished with a tarragon honey asparagus vinaigrette
The also is offering corned beef and cabbage this Saturday from 5 to 7 at 85 Lovers Lane in Madison. As always, the public is welcome.

"Stay with us St. Patrick’s Day weekend (Friday or Saturday)and enjoy some homemade traditional Irish fare. Special room rates will include a full dinner with your choices of corned beef and cabbage, beef and Guinness stew, Irish soda bread, and of course a helping Guinness and Irish Whiskey. For dessert we’ll have our house made Guinness Ice Cream. A traditional Irish breakfast will be served in the morning. Once you are done with dinner there are several Irish pubs here on the shoreline where you can continue to celebrate the day.
