Madison Resident Ann Nyberg Opens Boutique In Westbrook

Annie Mame boutique is set to open on April 1

Ann Nyberg, news anchor at WTNH and Madison resident, is opening a boutique at Venetucci Home in Westbrook, the Shoreline Times reports.

Nyberg and her friend Francine Piscitelli will share a space at the "new indoor bazaar," the article says. Nyberg's brand is Annie Mame and Piscitelli's is Allusions Salon & Boutique.

“I find adventures everywhere and this is another one of my adventures,” Nyberg said in the article.

“It has such a wonderful vibe about it…people going into these little ‘cottages,’” Nyberg told the Shoreline Times. “I thought, hey, I want to be part of this.”

An April 1 opening is set for the boutique and salon.

Uh, hello? We have plenty of empty retail space right here in Madison. You know, your home town?

Not opening up a whole store, just a tiny place and a space became available in Westbrook, it just happened.

Uh, hello. This is America! She can open up where ever she likes. I am sure that she gives plenty of money(taxes etc.) to Madison.

Best wishes Ann. It's nice to see that the smaller entrepreneur has local opportunities along the shoreline as well!
