The world may be ending but a 10-pound Maine lobster named “L.J” will make a live appearance during the grand opening festivities at Lenny and Joe’s Fish Tale Restaurant located at Long Wharf in New Haven, CT.

Word has it that L.J. just might survive the event!

Lenny and Joe’s Fish Tale opened in Madison,
CT in 1979.

In 1984 another location was added to CT’s Shoreline in Westbrook, CT.

At the Long Wharf Location, look for the same Famous Chowders, Fresh Fish, and Lobster specialties as well as that Lenny’s Famous Raw Bar to be the highlight of any dining experience.

Art Linares and Brian Faye owners invite all of you down to sample some of the best Fish Chowder on the planet and award winning cuisine with a fantastic waterfront location!

Brian Faye said: “We’re excited to open our restaurant and be part of the Greater New Haven Community; especially at our new location on Long Wharf, the Gateway of New England for Seafood lovers.”

Moreover, Art Linares added: “More than 130 new jobs have been created with the opening of the new location and we expect more to come!”

Please join us for our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with Local Dignitaries and many other special guests.  And yes, we are all rooting for a ‘pardon’ for LJ!

And just in case you can’t make it. Lenny and Joe’s Regular Business hours are Sunday– Thursday 11 AM to 9 PM and Friday and Saturday 11 AM to 10 PM.
