FoodWorks Natural Markets – Assistant Front End Manager needed. – Guilford Location

As the Assistant Front End Manager you will be working closely with the Store Manager, and Assistant Store Managers to ensure the success of the. The Assistant Front End Manager may assist in the process of interviewing and selecting front end department employees as well as demonstrate a high level of integrity with department employees, with our customers, and the handling of monetary transactions. The Assistant Front End Manager will ensure the prioritization and delegation of daily responsibilities throughout the department while training, coaching, and leading employees. 

Qualifications

The ideal Assistant Front End Manager candidate will possess previous cash handling and customer resolution experience. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated excellent communication and leadership skills and possess basic math skills for ordering and inventory. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated with a sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment at all times with all levels of employees. Demonstrated excellent people skills are required. Weekend, evening and holiday work will be required in the position.
