Along The Shore Opening Reception Thursday July 19
From 5 to 8 p.m. enjoy hors d'oeuvres, refreshments, and paintings that evoke "the mystery and memory of an everyday summer moment." Many artists will be there to talk about their work.
Susan Powell Fine Art at 679 Boston Post Road, Madison, presents Along the Shore, an exhibit featuring 75 paintings by 21 artists, through August 12. The public is invited to an opening reception on Thursday, July 19, from 5 – 8 pm. Hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be served and many artists will be here to talk about their work.
Each painting evokes the mystery and memory of an everyday summer moment. The artists find unique settings in the New England and Connecticut shoreline and landscape. Their compelling explorations give us new views.

Susan Powell Fine Art is open Wednesday to Friday 11 – 5 pm, Saturday, noon to 5 pm, Sunday, noon to 3 pm, and anytime by appointment.
