Madison's Newest Eagle Scout - Andrew Bastian, Troop 491

Boy Scout Troop 491 is proud to announce the name of their latest Eagle Scout.   Andrew Bastian, son of Nancy and Robert Bastian of Madison was awarded the Boy Scout's highest award on July 7th with family, friends, fellow scouts and local government representatives present.  Andrew was also a member of Order of the Arrow.  He heads to Kent State University this fall.  

Andrew joins his older brother Scott who earned his Eagle in 2004 and his brother Chase who earned his in 2008.  Troop 491 history recognizes the Bastion Eagle Scout trio as the first family to have three Eagles in it and the first family to have all their sons Eagle Scouts.  
Troop 491 is known as "the camping troop" and meets on Mondays at 7:30 at the American Legion Hall on Bradley Road.   Scoutmaster Rockwell Marsh and Assistant Scoutmaster Nick Vucelic.
