ROAD CLOSURE & POWER OUTAGE: Green Hill Road near Kelsey Springs Rd, tree and wires down with a damaged transformer. CL&P on scene telling us that repairs may not be completed until after midnight tonight. Traffic is being diverted down Kelsey Springs Road and Buttonball Lane.
