Eagle Court of Honor for Noah Hastings

Madison First Selectman Fillmore McPherson recently presented a proclamation from the Board of Selectmen recognizing and commending Noah for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout.

At an Eagle Court of Honor for Scout Noah Hastings held recently at the Deer Lake Dining Hall, First Selectman Fillmore McPherson presented a proclamation from the Board of Selectmen recognizing and commending Noah for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout. 

Noah has been in Boy Scouting since elementary school-first as a Cub Scout in Pack 491 and then with Boy Scout Troop 490. 

For his Eagle project, Noah created a Orienteering course  in Rockland Preserve for use by all the people of Madison.

Among the guests were Noah’s Grandfather and two uncles, all of whom are also Eagle Scouts.
