The title says everything we need to get the most out of life. We want to be rich, own a beach house, have good friends, health, spiritual connection and life purpose. We want the life of our dreams, right? What's the secret? Here it is: Forget about how you will get there to the promised life, just do your best all the time and let the rest go.
Life has a powerful flow that we are part of but quite often, we are painfully unaware of it. I am speaking of the very essence or DNA of life that we and the universe are made of. Nothing is ever static. As we live the life we have here in this world, the one and only thing we always have 100% control over is our selves: our feelings, efforts, intentions, thoughts, actions and choices.
If we live from our centers earnestly and authentically, the rest is up to others and Creator. Isn't it a freaking elephant off your chest to know that this is all we ever have to do? No more worrying about things we do not control! Forget about outcomes; connect with how you feel, do your best and act. We cannot force our wills on others, at least not in lasting ways. When we try, how do we feel? Drained, worn out, crabby, alone and angry. That's tons of fun. Unconsciously going against "life's flow" will do that to you every time. Life's choices and challenges are there for us to learn and grow. Most of our troubles come from attempting to manage things and people we cannot control.
So focus on the perfection you are, do the best you can do and let life's bounty come to you.
