Holy smokes this was bad. And strangely, when I thought it had sunk to the full depth of badness, it managed to do something to sink even lower. Implausible? Check. Bad dialogue? Check. Bad acting? Check. Fake Chicago accents worse than the usual fake Boston accents we hear on TV? Check. City as overdone cliché? Check, check and check.
