Don’t let the work week get you down! The weekend is here, and boy, do we have plenty to keep you busy. Leave your sensible shoes and conservative suits home this weekend and have some fun, instead! Check out what we’ve put together to make your weekend a good one:

WHERE/WHEN: Builder's Apprentice author will visit Thursday at 7 p.m. and Cassandra’s Angel author will stop by on Saturday at 1 p.m.

PRICING: Thursday’s event is $5 and Saturday’s is free.

ENTERTAINMENT AT THE KATE

WHERE/WHEN: on Friday at 8 p.m., on Saturday at 8 p.m. and on Sunday at 1 p.m.

WHY GO: Grab a date and enjoy a night out at The Kate!

PRICING: Tickets to Friday’s show are $25 each, Saturday’s show $20 each and Sunday’s are $16 for adults and $10 for kids 12 and under.

WHERE/WHEN: Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Henry Carter Hull Library.

WHY GO: Remember that New Year’s resolution to clean out your closet? Well, here you go! Get rid of those prom-worthy dresses this weekend at Dress for Less.

WHERE/WHEN: Sunday at 4 p.m. at Memorial Town Hall on the Madison Town Green.
