Learn how to approach your essay in an original and distinctive manner that college admissions officers won't forget. A great application essay demonstrates writing style, technical correctness, and fluency. Come to this seminar and learn how to approach essay topics in an original and distinctive manner. Free and open to all, parents and students are encouraged to attend together.

Information about the presenters:

Lynn Haney is a noted Guilford author who has written over 12 books, including biographies of Josephine Baker and Gregory Peck. Lynn coaches both adults and students with their books, essays, and screenplays.

Marcia Myhre is an educational consultant and founder of College Bound of Guilford. She visits over 20 colleges each year and attends essay writing workshops sponsored at national conferences. She holds a certificate from the Columbia University Writing Project.
