Madison Art Society 37th Annual Juried Art Show Reception

MADISON CT - The Madison Art Society will conduct the society's 37th Annual Juried Exhibition and Sale at the Madison E.C. Scranton Memorial Library - April 30 - June 1, 2012.Open House reception is on Sunday, May 6, 2012 from 1:30 -3:30 pm in the Community Room of the Scranton Memorial Library.  There will be 80 - 100 pieces of fine art on display and for sale. Artists donate 10% of the sale to the library and 5% to the youth visual arts SAA scholarship. The juror is well-known plein air artist, David A. Lussier, whose paintings have been featured in numerous publications in the American Artist Magazine and American Art Collector. David has won numerous awards and accolades for his artwork and as a fine artist. His paintings hang in private and corporate collections and are sought after by collectors from New York to California and abroad.
