In December 2011, thirty-eight year old Madison resident, Christopher Hart was diagnosed with liver disease. Since then, Chris has spent almost 6 months in and out of Yale New Haven Hospital due to complications with the disease.  In
September 2012, Chris was officially added to the Liver Transplant List and is
currently waiting for a donor.

Chris has been a hardworking man since he was 16 years old. However, because of the battle he has been facing over the past year and the numerous hospital trips, Chris has missed significant work time and will continue to lose months of work time throughout the transplant process.

Please join us at the Nathanael B. Greene Community Center in Guilford on Saturday, November 17, 2012 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm for a pasta dinner, dance, silent auction and raffle to celebrate Chris’ life and help him through this difficult disease.

Entry tickets are $20.00 for adults and $10.00 for children. Raffle tickets will be sold at the door 10 for $5.00. The 50/50 raffle tickets will be a $5.00 each.
