Mark your calendars now for Monday, October 29th for our “Play for Grace” Field hockey game at 5:00pm.  As you may know, our team member, Grace Cummings, sophomore, underwent a Liver Transplant in August. She is doing great, however, we have really missed seeing her in school and on the field.    The purpose of this game is to let her know how much we miss her and to raise funds to help put towards her medical expenses.

The game, this night, will be a tribute to Grace and the COTA organization.  The Children Organ Transplant Association has set up an account that is strictly for Grace and her medical expenses.  All monies raised and donated via the concession stand and other goodies will go DIRECTLY to Graces account to help diminish the costly expenses of this transplant.  The money will be donated under the 2012 DHHS Field Hockey Team.

Please come out on this day to support our team and our dear friend, Grace.  You can also donate directly online at the COTA website.

See you at the Game!!
