Madison Dancer Is First Runner Up In Regional Competition

Olivia Coppola of Madison was the first runner up in the Junior Miss category at the Dance Teachers Club of Connecticut’s regional dance competition on March 3 in Colchester, Back Stage Dance Center announced.
She dances at the Back Stage Dance Center in Killingworth.

Coppola nabbed her spot at the top of the category with her "It's a Small World" tap solo, the school announced in a press release.
Kaitlyn Maurais, a fellow Back Stage Dance Center dancer from Clinton, was crowned Junior Miss Dance of Connecticut 2012 at the competition.
