Jack Davis, surrounded by his loving family and friends, from as far away as Paris and as near as Madison, celebrated his 90th birthday Sunday afternoon.
Or is it his 180th?

A key figure in Madison and the Madison shoreline, Jack is known for many things including turning Grove School into an internationally known educational innovator, saving the movie theater in downtown Madison, securing Garvin Point for the Surf Club, promoting public art, co-founding Temple Beth Tikvah and helping countless local charities.
