Take Your Child to the Library Day

Take your child to the Library Day is a state-wide event. At the Scranton Library we have special activites for this day. We will have a character scavenger hunt. All correct entries will be entered into a drawing for a $5.00 gift certificate from R.J. Julia. We also will have a craft table set up to make your own bookmarks. For every book checked out from the children's department collection we will give the child a raffle ticket to enter a drawing for a 25.00 gift certificate from R.J. Julia's. If a child gets a new library card on Saturday Feb. 4 they can enter a drawing for a $10.00 gift certifcate from R.J. Julia.
