Stories from Madison Patch email

For the past month or so when I click on a story link from the Patch email, the link does not take me to the story, instead it takes me to a main page and I spend forever trying to find the FULL story and wind up giving up. I have stopped reading the Patch because I cannot quickly access the stories I want to read. Any suggestions?
